1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin the packing and fulfillment process.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable courier services such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, or other reputable logistics partners.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and courier rates. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product or checkout pages.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier information. You can track your parcel using the courier’s online tracking portal.

5. Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
- Parcel Loss or Damage: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide replacement or refund options where applicable.
6. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)
Self-collection is available on a case-by-case basis at our Subang Jaya office.
Please email or WhatsApp us to check availability and make an appointment before coming to collect your item.

7. International Shipping
