We take great pride in offering high-quality dashcams and automotive safety equipment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns and refunds are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All included accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used dash cams and accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation.
- Items purchased on clearance or as part of final sale promotions.
- Downloadable software or memory cards once packaging is unsealed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at roadsentinel.sb@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or further instructions.
- If approved, you must ship the product back to us within 5 business days at your own expense.
- Please use a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing time varies depending on your bank/payment gateway).
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, faulty, or damaged during delivery:
- Contact us immediately with photo or video proof.
- In most cases, we will offer a replacement unit, free repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure eligibility.
7. Warranty Claims
Most of our dashcams come with manufacturer warranties. If your product develops a fault after the return period, contact us to begin a warranty claim process.
We will assist in facilitating repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s terms.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges unless your item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us to discuss your specific case.
